• Proficient in entity-level accounting and real estate financial reporting.
• Strong organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs by job, phase, and cost code.
• Monitor budgets vs. actuals for construction projects.
• Reconcile subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, and draw schedules.
• Track retainage, change orders, and project expenses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and project profitability.
• Assist with audits, tax prep, and lender requests.
