Job summary

Landmark Builders seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounting and administrative processes for a growing residential construction company. You will support financial accuracy across remodeling and new construction projects.

You will maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, handle AP/AR, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with the CPA for tax filings and monthly reporting. Strong Excel and Buildertrend skills are a plus, with a focus on job costing and cash forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online experience.
• Experience with job costing and cost tracking.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Buildertrend or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank, credit cards, and vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with CPA for tax filings and monthly reporting.
• Allocate labor, materials, subcontractor, and overhead correctly.
• Prepare weekly AR/AP reports to leadership team.
• Engage with HR to process job costing payroll.
• Maintain company fleet records.
• Maintain general business records (licenses, insurance).
• Monitor cash position and forecast.
