Qualifications

• Experience in construction/real estate accounting is required.
• 7+ years of full charge/full cycle bookkeeping experience.
• 5+ years in job costing and budgeting/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle accounting including GL, journal entries, GAAP compliance.
• Perform job costing and budgeting/forecasting analyses.
• Manage progress billing, bank reconciliations, and cash flow projections.
• Run payroll and ensure taxes/compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and reviews.
• Conduct data management and document control.
• Support CPA and subcontractors with financial information.
• Assist ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
