Job summary

Tribal One Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage on-site activities, ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will lead subcontractor oversight, implement quality assurance plans, document progress, and coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and maintain high standards.

This role requires strong leadership, familiarity with government project standards (FAR/DFAR), and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field.
U.S. citizen or eligible permanent resident with permanent resident status.
OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 (preferred), USACE CQM (preferred) and CPR/First Aid certifications.
Pass background checks from Tribal One and any required government checks.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites (50–75%).
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards.
Conduct regular on-site inspections for contract compliance and safety.
Lead quality assurance plan development and testing to meet industry standards.
Document daily activities, inspections, and quality control measures; report to managers.
