Tribal One is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage on-site quality, safety and schedule across federal projects in Colorado. The role collaborates with project managers, engineers and contractors to uphold standards and ensure budget adherence.

The position requires 40-50% travel within Colorado, strong leadership, and hands-on ability to read blueprints, oversee subcontractors, and enforce safety and QA plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• US citizen or permanent resident (USCIS I-551) status required.
• OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 (preferred), USACE CQM (preferred), CPR/First Aid cert.
• Able to pass background checks per Tribal 1 and government requirements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel Colorado sites (50-75%).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access all construction areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure plans, specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve quality or safety issues.
• Maintain QA and safety plans; conduct inspections and tests.
• Prepare reports on progress, quality and safety for stakeholders.
