Job summary

Tribalone seeks a Construction Superintendent to manage on-site construction quality, safety, and project coordination. You will supervise contractors, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

The role requires coordinating with PMs, engineers and clients, leading safety initiatives, and maintaining thorough documentation to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 and USACE CQM certifications preferred; CPR/First Aid recommended.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen; travel 50-75% to multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license; travel to various construction sites (Colorado, etc.).
• Must lift 50 pounds; stand or sit for long periods; access roofs and construction areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise on-site construction work to meet plans, specs and quality standards.
• Lead quality assurance plans; conduct inspections and tests for materials and workmanship.
• Maintain detailed on-site documentation and prepare progress and safety reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce PPE usage; report incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and attend meetings to communicate quality and safety updates.
• Provide on-site training on quality control procedures and safety protocols.
