Job summary

Tribal One Construction is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to lead QC programs on federal construction projects. You will report to project and corporate management, ensuring compliance with contract specs and quality standards across sites.

The role emphasizes thorough documentation and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a construction management or architecture background, 5+ years of QC leadership, RMS 3.0 experience, and willingness to pass security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or related field; 5+ years' experience
• Experience in federal government construction projects
• Extensive knowledge of RMS 3.0
• Past performance as a QC Specialist/Manager on federal projects
• Contractor Quality Management certification or ability to obtain
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
• US citizenship required
• Driver's license
• Must pass background checks for clearances including Secret and Top Secret

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned construction projects
• Coordinate with project team including staff, client and subcontractors to support QC efforts
• Read and understand complex contract specs and drawings
• Prepare, review and approve submittals and RFIs
• Create Daily Activity Reports documenting daily activities
• Communicate with client QA personnel and field QC authorities
• Schedule, organize and present contract-required meetings
• Prepare and submit project plans, reports and manuals
• Implement three phases of the QC process
• Maintain required project reports and logs (submittal/RFI/deficiency/correction)
• Perform other duties as assigned
