Job summary

Tribal One Construction is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance on our construction projects. You will develop and maintain the QC Plan, coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contract specifications and standards.

The role requires a degree in construction management or related field and relevant QC certifications, with experience in federal government projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or similar field (preferred with 5+ years experience).
• Experience in construction management, preferably federal government projects.
• Knowledge of RMS 3.0 and related QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned construction projects.
• Collaborate with project team, client, and subcontractors to support quality control.
• Read complex contract specs and prepare submittals and RFIs.
• Maintain project logs, daily activity reports and closeout documents.
• Lead meetings and ensure contract requirements and project goals are met.
