Job summary

Tribal One Construction seeks a seasoned professional to serve as Construction Quality Manager (CQM), Superintendent, and SSHO for federal projects. You will lead on-site operations, uphold CQC and SSHP, coordinate with government agencies, and drive safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, safety programs, inspections, and reporting while ensuring contract conformance and client satisfaction across agencies like USACE, NAVFAC, BIA, and NPS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of federal construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Superintendent, CQM, SSHO, or similar leadership on federal projects.
• Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, BIA, GSA, NPS, or other federal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.
• Direct onsite construction operations.
• Develop and enforce the Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).
• Coordinate inspections and testing with government representatives and third-party testing agencies.
• Maintain quality control records and safety documentation.
