Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance on complex projects.

You will lead inspectors, coordinate with contractors, design professionals, owners, and stakeholders, and ensure adherence to contract documents and CQA plans. The role requires reviewing QA documentation, preparing progress updates, and certifying project quality across site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven proficiency in earthwork quality control, construction, inspection, or testing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT, and municipal standards.
• Broad knowledge of earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, structural steel, and foundations.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to travel for site visits, manage multiple sites, and make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and precision in all inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex quality issues proactively.
• Plan, organize, and oversee quality assurance operations across multiple projects.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer quality control documentation.
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
