Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance on complex projects.

You will lead inspectors, coordinate with contractors, design professionals, owners, and stakeholders to ensure conformance with contract docs and codes. Responsibilities include reviewing QA docs, preparing status updates, geosynthetics testing communications, and producing final QA certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management.
• Proficiency in earthwork quality control, construction inspection, or testing.
• Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT, and municipal standards.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail in inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex quality issues.
• Plan, organize, and oversee QA operations across multiple projects.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer QC data.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design professionals, and owners.
