Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) seeks a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance on complex projects.

Lead inspectors, coordinate with contractors, designers, owners, and stakeholders to ensure conformance with contract documents, specs, codes, and the CQA plan. Responsibilities include reviewing QA documentation, preparing status updates for owners, coordinating geosynthetics testing, and guiding teams through non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
• Proven proficiency in earthwork quality control, construction, inspection, or testing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT and municipal standards.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols for quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee field inspection teams for earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and steel.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and owners on QA issues.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer QA documentation.
• Prepare project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Drives corrective actions on non-conformances and maintains schedules.
