Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspections, testing, and compliance on complex projects. You will lead inspectors, coordinate with contractors and owners, review documentation, and ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to resolve issues proactively while maintaining highest quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Proven proficiency and experience in earthwork quality control, construction, inspection, or testing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT, and municipal standards.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and precision in all inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex quality issues proactively.
• Plan, organize, and oversee QA operations across multiple projects to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer quality control documentation and test results.
• Ensure that daily project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements align and are met.
