Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance on complex construction projects. You will lead inspectors and technicians, coordinate with owners and design professionals, and ensure adherence to contract documents and CQA plans.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive QA knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CM/CE or related field preferred.
• Experience in earthwork quality control, construction, inspection, or testing.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT and municipal standards.
• Broad understanding of earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, structural steel, foundations.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols to ensure quality compliance.
• Analyze testing results, reports, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and precision in inspections and reporting.
• Lead inspection teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and design professionals.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and test results for compliance.
• Communicate project progression and quality adherence to stakeholders.
