Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Quality Assurance to oversee inspection, testing, and compliance on complex projects.

You will ensure materials, workmanship, and processes meet contract documents, codes, and industry best practices. You will lead teams of inspectors, coordinate with contractors, design professionals, owners, and other stakeholders while resolving quality issues and delivering final QA reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil/Construction Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in IBC, ASTM, ACI, DOT standards.
• Knowledge of earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Master and apply industry standards, codes, and inspection protocols.
• Analyze testing results and project documentation for accuracy.
• Oversee field inspection and materials testing teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design professionals.
• Prepare project status updates and QA reports.
