• Assist Operations Manager with daily admin tasks, scheduling, calendars and correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and documents.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Coordinate travel for construction staff and track budgets and expenses.
• Support scheduling of inspections, permits and project closeouts.
• Coordinate and schedule cleaning services and equipment mobilization.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
