Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Project Assistant to support the project team with administrative tasks and schedule updates. This temp-to-perm role starts via a staffing agency, with potential transition to full-time employment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field and 1–2 years of project management support experience, preferably in construction, plus proficiency with scheduling tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1-2 years of project management support experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
• Price up material vouchers.
• Write up and track RFIs.
• Track payroll for Rosendin and subs; complete required forms (HRC, OCIP).
• Update project schedules in Microsoft Projects or Sure Track.
• Assist with monthly billing and value sheets.
• Obtain vendor quotes and assist with light material ordering.
