Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a proactive Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling across multiple commercial construction projects. The role collaborates with Operations, executives, subcontractors, and owners, and contributes to corporate initiatives including data analytics and trend reporting.

The ideal candidate has a 3+ year scheduling background on commercial builds, a rigorous attention to detail, and strong relationships with project teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, builds relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in baselines for construction.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and guide updates by Operations staff.
• Interact with Operations, Clark Executives, Subcontractors, and Owners on schedule matters.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules for executive review.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends and impacts on schedule.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standard practices and travel to project sites as needed.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University.
