Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling on multiple commercial projects. You will analyze drawings and specifications to establish baseline schedules and monitor progress across sites, while engaging with Owners, Subcontractors, and Operations teams.

The role involves developing schedules, cost/load planning, and contributing to corporate initiatives, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as needed.
• Represent Clark with owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules.
• Use analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual status relative to plan and analyze schedule changes.
