Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead the planning and scheduling across several high-impact commercial projects. You will also contribute to corporate initiatives, including training development and data analytics, trend reporting, and performance improvement.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong collaboration with owners and subs, and occasional travel to site locations. You will interact with executive management to support bid schedules and project controls

Qualifications

4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead scheduling for multiple high-impact commercial construction projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and work statements to prepare baseline schedules.
Monitor and guide schedules developed by Operations staff.
Interact with Owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.
Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls training.
Travel to project sites.
Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standard practices.
Support creation of conceptual bid schedules.
Cost and manpower load schedules for execution.
