Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact commercial construction projects. The role includes contributing to corporate initiatives, data analytics, and training development for Clark Corporate University.

You will analyze drawings for baseline schedules, monitor progress, and interact with owners and subcontractors. Expect travel to project sites and active participation in shaping project controls and policies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling on multiple commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Interact with Owners, subcontractors, and partners on project representation.
• Develop conceptual bid/ proposal schedules and present to executives if required.
• Identify project trends through analytics and reporting.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status relative to plan.
• Communicate impacts of schedule changes and prepare Time Impact Analyses.
• Travel to project sites and deliver Clark University Project Controls training.
