Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement planning & scheduling best practices.
• Prepare usable baseline schedules from drawings, specs, and scope.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as needed.
• Interact with operations, executives, subcontractors, and owners.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules with management.
• Use analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution phase.
• Communicate impact of schedule changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per accepted standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls training.
