Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high‑impact construction projects. The role also contributes to Corporate Initiatives including training development and delivery, data analytics, trend identification and reporting.

You will develop and maintain baselines, analyze drawings and specs, monitor schedules, travel to project sites, and provide guidance to owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Baseline schedules for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work for usable baselines.
• Monitor project schedules and provide guidance to Operations teams.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University.
• Analyze and report on project trends and schedule impacts.
