Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a motivated Planning & Scheduling professional to join its national team supporting commercial construction projects. The candidate will work with Operations Project Teams, Clark Executives, Subcontractors, and Owners to develop baselines and monitor progress across multiple projects.

The position emphasizes training development, data analytics, trend reporting, and collaboration with senior leadership to optimize project performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as necessary.
• Interact with Operations teams and represent Clark and its partners to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University.
