Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement scheduling best practices.
• Prepare baselines from drawings, specs, and SOW.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and guide teams.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and partners.
• Develop Time Impact Analyses per standard practices.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Support corporate initiatives including training and analytics.
