Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to collaborate with project teams in planning, creating, and updating CPM schedules for construction and service projects from proposal through construction. The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and optimization to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in service scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects and coordinating trade partners.
• Basic project management training and understanding of project life cycle.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules including CPM analysis.
• Monitor progress, critical path, and prepare schedule reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, trade partners and clients on schedule updates.
• Provide day-to-day management of service scheduling and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate schedule changes and risks to stakeholders and executives.
• Occasional travel may be required on service projects.
