Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling on commercial construction projects within its national portfolio. The role emphasizes proactive planning, data analytics, and collaboration with Operations, executives, subcontractors, and owners.

You will analyze drawings, develop baselines, monitor schedules, and prepare Time Impact Analyses while traveling to project sites and delivering training.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 4–6+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation and acceptance of usable Baseline schedules for construction.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as necessary.
• Interact with Operations, Clark Executives, Subcontractors, and Owners to represent Clark and partners.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules and present to selection committees if required.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for use during execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status relative to plan and communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per accepted industry standards.
• Travel to project sites and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling training for Clark Corporate University.
• Review and improve departmental policies and procedures.
