Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction, coordinate independent contractors on multiple sites, order materials, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to Perry Homes standards. You will manage time, supervise activities, and handle change orders under the direction of senior leadership.

The role requires communication, leadership, and strong customer service, with responsibilities across daily operations and project timelines in a dynamic residential building

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, and handle change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President
