Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a seasoned construction Project Manager to lead phase II workmanship from drywall to completion. You will oversee multiple jobsites, coordinate independent contractors, order materials, and assure quality standards are met across projects.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time, budgets, and change orders under tight deadlines. A valid driver’s license and local knowledge support success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher; leadership experience.
• Strong communication with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, oversee overhead costs, budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
