Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a seasoned construction manager to oversee Phase II activities from drywall to completion. You will coordinate multiple jobsites, supervise subcontractors, and ensure adherence to Perry Homes standards. Strong leadership and communication with homeowners are essential.

Responsibilities include material ordering, schedule management, and budget control, with collaboration to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints and development plans.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic construction software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision costs, budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
