Applegreen seeks a Construction Project Manager to drive redevelopment programs for travel plazas and fuel facilities across the U.S. You will oversee multiple projects from design through turnover, coordinating with architects, engineers, and operators to meet schedule and quality targets.

The role is field-oriented with travel across states, managed through a hybrid work model combining remote planning, office collaboration, and on-site oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• From concept through turnover and opening, manage schedules and milestones.
