ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration projects. The PM will report to the Project Director several times weekly and coordinate with PDs on payment terms and collection of all outstanding amounts.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years as a superintendent, OSHA 30, asbestos/lead/mold certifications, and proficiency with Xactimate, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum three years of superintendent experience in construction.
• Experience in commercial and residential projects preferred.
• Must hold asbestos, lead, and mold certifications; AMRT allowed.
• OSHA 30 hour construction certification required.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Coordinate with Project Directors on payment terms and collections.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurers.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage site quality and budgets.
• Coordinate city permits, inspections, and approvals as needed.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, reports, and forecasts.
• Provide timely status updates to the Project Director.
