Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in coordination with the Project Director. The PM will report on project status at least three times weekly and help manage payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.

Must have a minimum of three years of superintendent experience across commercial and residential construction, with proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, Salesforce.com, and structural building

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• A combination of commercial and residential experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Coordinates job starts and schedule appointments with customers.
• Executes Project Director directions regarding project payment terms and collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Requests payment from customers upon substantial completion of work and when COS is signed.
• Alerts Project Director regarding next stage of payment.
• Coordinates work duties with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Provides constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage.
• Obtains all city permits and inspections and/or certified documentation.
• Observes all OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD regulations and ensures safety compliance.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously over a multi-location region.
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, input and manage work orders, and forecast budgets/labor/materials.
