Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects throughout the Greater Atlanta area. The role covers scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, customer communication, and quality control to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The position requires 3+ years in construction project management, experience with estimating software like Xactimate, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review project documentation, scopes, and site conditions.
• Coordinate all construction trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners.
