ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from planning through completion. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating crews, subs, schedules, and budgets to restore properties efficiently.

You will ensure safety and quality on active sites, communicate with clients and inspectors, and drive projects to close with profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or project supervision.
• Experience with insurance restoration or disaster recovery is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage crews and subs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee daily site operations, subs, crews, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor costs and approve change orders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and quality standards.
• Serve as main contact for clients, inspectors, subs, vendors, and teams.
• Conduct site meetings and progress reviews.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor across trades.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
