Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects alongside the Project Director. You will report progress at least three times weekly and assist in managing payment terms and collections with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities include coordinating starts with customers and subcontractors, ensuring OSHA/EPA safety compliance, and using Salesforce for project tracking and forecasting budgets across multi-location

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combined commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex projects in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Report on project status to the Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Coordinate starts, scheduling, and payments with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) across sites.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, track work orders, and forecast budgets.
