Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects in the Greater Atlanta area. You will manage projects from mitigation handoff through final completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer communications to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires 3+ years in construction project management, experience with Xactimate, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to juggle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Restoration or insurance-related construction experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review project documentation, scopes, and site conditions.
• Coordinate all construction trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
• Manage supplements and change orders.
• Track labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Maintain project budgets and profitability goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Communicate project timelines, updates, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with homeowners, commercial property owners, and insurance representatives.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and final walk-throughs.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
• Address performance or scheduling issues when necessary.
