Job summary

The Project Manager at The Valcourt Groups oversees all aspects of construction projects, coordinating tasks, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will analyze drawings, set deadlines, and monitor progress across potentially multiple projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating submittals, RFI responses, and change orders, plus ensuring all materials have purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least two years related construction project management experience
• Proficient in Excel and Word programs
• Knowledge of OSHA procedures and requirements
• Familiarity with waterproofing products and installation
• Ability to create comprehensive project estimates
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure all scopes are completed per industry and project standards
• Communicate with owners and consulting engineers to prepare bids
• Perform accurate take-offs and price calculations
• Procure materials, tools, and equipment; issue POs
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders
• Site visits to monitor progress and align with owner expectations
• Close out contracts by issuing warranties and preparing final inspections
