The Valcourt Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects. You will analyze drawings, set deadlines, procure materials, and track progress from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.

You will coordinate with Foremen, owners, and engineers, prepare comprehensive bids, and manage submittals, RFI's, and change orders to support project success.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand commercial plans, specs and details.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with estimating software.
• Knowledge of construction plans, OSHA requirements, waterproofing.
• Ability to create a comprehensive estimate for any project.
• Highly self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
• Willing to support a culture of respect, self-improvement, and safety.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects to ensure scopes are completed per standards and profitability.
• Operate and care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Create bids by communicating with owners and engineers.
• Perform accurate take-offs and gather current pricing.
• Coordinate materials, purchases, and submittals with procurement.
• Visit sites to update plans and align with owner expectations.
• Finalize contracts, warranties, and close-out documents.
