Job summary

Graniterock in California is seeking a senior Project Executive to drive the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of civil construction projects up to $15 million in size.

You will lead safety initiatives, manage project operations and scheduling, forecast costs, and mentor the team to achieve strategic objectives while upholding Graniterock's values. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or extensive project management experience.
• Must have 5+ years progressive project experience in civil construction.
• Knowledge of union agreements and prevailing wage issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting and cost control to protect margins.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop project team, enforce performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and change orders.
• Maintain safety initiatives and client communications.
• Work with estimating to develop project bids.
