Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Los Angeles or Irvine, CA office. You will guide preconstruction activities, assist with estimates, and set up projects in line with company procedures.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering construction management and at least five years of large commercial project experience, with strong scheduling (Primavera P6) and BIM coordination, plus a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of five years of field experience.
• Experience with large commercial projects (healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, etc.).
• Ability to prioritise requests and manage projects to meet target delivery dates.
• Scheduling knowledge (Primavera P6) and BIM coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide preconstruction activities and assist with estimates.
• Set up projects in line with company procedures.
• Assemble project team and define roles and responsibilities.
• Lead kickoff meetings with owner, design team, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project closeout plan and turnover packages.
• Foster a safe, collaborative site culture and enforce safety programs.
• Ensure financial health and timely project reporting to Corporate Finance.
• Track budgets, change orders, and master schedule.
