Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Menlo Park, CA office. The role focuses on tracking schedules, budgets, safety, and quality across large commercial projects with a strong emphasis on leadership and cross-functional coordination.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering Construction Management or related field, five years of experience, and familiarity with Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field is desired.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
• Experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) is preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software Prisma/P6 and Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are tracked to schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs.
• Lead preconstruction and estimate activities; oversee subcontracts post-bid meetings.
• Manage project setup, team roles, and kickoff meetings with owner and design team.
• Maintain project master schedule and oversee BIM management plan.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Produce accurate monthly financial reports and forecast budgets.
