Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Manager in San Diego to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets. You will guide preconstruction, assemble teams, and manage the master schedule with Primavera P6.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction management experience on large commercial projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of field experience in construction management.
• Experience with large commercial projects such as healthcare, education, corporate campuses is desired.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage projects to meet deadlines.
• Good judgment in addressing technical issues and leading a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Procore is a plus.
• Scheduling knowledge of Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of preconstruction integration into construction.
• Manage project setup, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and client needs.
• Lead a project team, assign roles, and conduct kickoff and closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule using Primavera P6.
• Oversee submittals, BIM coordination, and quality management in line with contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide accurate monthly financial reports and forecast updates.
