Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Manager for our Menlo Park, CA office. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client needs on major commercial projects, coordinating with preconstruction and design teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field and at least five years of construction management experience on large projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and BIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field is required or considered with work experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management or related area.
• Experience with large commercial projects (healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs.
• Lead preconstruction and estimating activities and coordination with design teams.
• Develop and maintain master schedule using Primavera P6 and Last Planner System.
• Oversee submittals, BIM management, and closeout processes.
• Ensure compliance with Owner agreements and project budgets.
