Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Los Angeles or Irvine office. You will lead complex commercial projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction are met across multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering Construction Management and at least five years of field experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of field experience.
• Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs.
• Lead preconstruction and kickoff meetings.
• Develop master schedule and manage change orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety programs.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
