Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead a project or portion of a larger project, aligning with our strategy and values. You will build relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors while guiding project goals and scheduling.

The role requires strong budgeting and Lean management skills, with proven ability to manage submittals, change requests and monthly reporting across teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project management and safety culture.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Manages submittal schedule and ensures shop drawings approved.
• Develops project schedule and tracks materials, labor and procurement.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors.
• Drives monthly cost and margin forecasting and budget reviews.
