JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead a project or a portion of a larger project, aligning with the project superintendent. You will oversee administration, build client relationships, and coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to support JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, scope management, and effective communication across stakeholders, with opportunities for growth within the Project Management family.

• Experience leading construction projects and coordinating teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages the prestart process and coordinates with preconstruction teams.
• Supports quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope development, bid package creation and schedule development.
• Leads buyout planning, pricing verification and subcontract management.
• Oversees submittal schedules, shop drawings and samples with architects/engineers.
• Coordinates pricing with suppliers and manages change requests and approvals.
• Gathers data for monthly reviews and reports project status and profitability.
