Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I in Coppell, TX to oversee small to mid-size construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with Senior PMs, prepare estimates, track schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 3 years of project management experience on construction sites. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate with Assistant PMs.
• Prepare complete estimates and review plans and bid forms.
• Manage change orders and project documentation.
• Monitor schedule and budget; ensure client satisfaction.
