Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager for the Northeast Regional Projects Team in New York. You will drive Corporate Interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery on time and budget while coordinating with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global, collaborative environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4–6 years’ PM experience in real estate or construction, and proficiency with MS Projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management)
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam
• Strong project management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
• Ability to travel for site visits and meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, delivering within timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members
• Motivate and guide project teams to peak performance
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress and mitigate risks
• Monitor project finances, budgets and forecasts
• Implement quality control to meet high standards and client expectations
• Identify process improvements and drive innovative project management practices
• Support delivery of Corporate Interior projects for financial services clients
