Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across corporate office interiors, base building improvements, retail fit-outs, hospitality renovations and industrial facilities.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants through all project phases.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets, monitor progress and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate and lead design development, ensure alignment with client requirements and building codes, and facilitate permitting processes.
• Oversee contractor selection, procurement, RFI responses, submittal reviews, change order negotiations and punch list coordination.
• Ensure work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and JLL quality standards.
